Do you know the answers to these questions? Luckily we do. Nevertheless, nobody knows everything and no one is born an expert...

For this reason we have decided to start an extensive educational programme in our hotel aimed at all our employees. The educational programme will last 30 months and it was greatly contributed to by the European Social Fund. Training focuses on employees of all levels. We have planned the educational activities for all areas of work beginning with improving our language skills and ending with the enhancement of specialised knowledge from the area of hotel and restaurant industries. Everyone will become better at using computers, head employees will undergo a number of training sessions necessary for efficient team management and decision-making processes, chefs will be sent for a long-term placement in luxury restaurants in France or Russia and there will also be lots of other activities. The target of the entire educational programme is to have even more satisfied customers who will happily come back to us.
