And what did Adria Hotel make decide to apply for the Eco-label? The General Manager of Adria Hotel Prague, Karel Doubek answers the question: ”We perceived the decision to apply for the Eco-label as opportunity to crown by a common label a lot of our activities aimed at protection of nature in our neighbourhood and environment in general.  Frankly speaking, to meet the requirements for Eco-label was not so difficult. It is not that the criteria were not demanding but we found out that thanks to our long-lasting philosophy of our hotel we included an overwhelming majority of the requirements to our standards and they are a natural part of our everyday activities. We want to enable our guests to contribute to protection of the nature and will strive to provide them with opportunity of choice. Of course we will not force anybody to support our activities. We take this free choice as additional service to our customers that Adria hotel has been providing to its clients for almost 100 years.
